Foreign trade activities, including cross-border trade – one of the priorities of economic development in the context of both external and internal policy of the Russian Federation and China. Cross-border trade between China and Russia – this is one species of small and medium businesses, stimulating economic development and creating conditions for the expansion and improvement in all areas. Active development of cross-border trade gives impetus to the development of the adjacent territories of neighboring countries, is the basis for economic development as the PRC, and the Russian Federation, moreover, manifested such factors as the inflow of young and ablebodied population, which in turn is favorable for addressing the settlement areas of the Far East of Russia. The development of infrastructure on the part of Russia, by analogy with China, will not only improve the image of our country, but also to increase GRP border regions of Russia.
